Company Highlights
Proven technological innovation in the development of proprietary games
The primary stockholder of Cyberdyne, Phil Lulek has been involved in the development of gaming technology for over 28 years, designing winning gaming software applications for many of the major gaming manufacturers in Las Vegas. With the opportunities presented by the rapid expansion of Native American gaming following the passage of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1988, Technology Exclusive was created in order to service this important and swiftly developing market. Unlike the traditional Nevada market, regulatory demands required technological innovation. Most important to these demands were playable video games without reliance on reel spinning slot technology. Other adaptations include systems for cash-in, ticket out; encryption for winning tickets; finite systems; and linked pari-mutuel systems. Technology Exclusive began by supplying exclusively technology to companies that then incorporated the game boards into their systems. The Company has a full line of random number generated games, including its most popular 8-line game.
The Company also manufactures a popular finite-based video Pull-Tab and Validation System, which is in play in charitable locations across to United States. Because of the Company’s technological and engineering strength, it has the ability to adapt gaming technology to meet regulatory requirements as electronics continue to drive gaming expansion nationally. In addition to fast paced expansion in the United States there appears to be excellent opportunities for electronic expansion in the charitable gaming and lottery environments as well.
